Lauderdale is a special place. The ruins, the church, the historic buildings, the manicured grounds. We are continuously investing in our facilities in order to ensure that any event here is as special as possible.
For our first year we have listened carefully to our clients and developed the property in line with the feedback we are receiving. This has resulted in a high level of investment in plant, equipment and maintenance. Therefore our low introductory pricing has now given way to a sustainable and transparent pricing model which includes the services of our event manager up to a limit of 20 hours.
Exclusive use and access to historic ruins, private church, croquet lawn, petanque court, purpose-built function centre for up to 120 people, use of tables and chairs (indoor and outdoor), toilets, linen, crockery, cutlery, glasses, kitchen, chiller and fridges, Apple House as a quiet room for young and old, and the Smoking Room for the groom before the ceremony: $3,500 excluding GST.
This includes ongoing access to the grounds for planning and rehearsal purposes as well as the services of Judy McNeil, our event manager. You are welcome to make use of Judy for more than 20 hours, but this will require an additional charge. (We have planned on 12 hours during the big day, 2 hours on the rehearsal day and 6 hours of planning and site visits before that).
Please note this is a BYO service with no corkage fee, removing yet another hidden cost.
There is a bond payable of $500 which is 100% refundable in the case of no breakages.
